We want you to love your Hagah Journal. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy applies to all orders placed on our website.

Your Right to Return

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and return your item within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to give a reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as when you received it

• In its original packaging

• Returned within 14 days of delivery

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@thehagahjournal.com with:

• Your order number

• Your name and delivery address

• The reason for your return (optional but helpful)

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send your item back before receiving our confirmation.

Return Shipping

UK customers: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

International customers: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please mark the package clearly as a 'Return' to avoid customs delays.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund

• Refund timings may vary depending on your bank or card provider

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your journal arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used, written in, or damaged by the customer

• Personalised or custom orders

• Items returned outside the 14-day window without prior agreement

International Orders

For customers outside the UK, the same 14-day return window applies from the date of delivery. You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred on returned items.
